Frequently asked questions
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is $9 one-time, lifetime: you pay once and keep it. There is nothing to cancel.
How does the license work without an account?
After checkout you receive a license key by email. Paste it here (or in the builder’s Pro dialog) and it is checked with our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. The key is then remembered in this browser; enter it again on other devices or browsers.
What happens to my resumes if I don’t upgrade?
Nothing. The free tier keeps working indefinitely: the Classic template, PDF and text export, JSON backup and one saved resume.
Can I try the Pro templates first?
Yes. You can select and preview every template in the builder for free. Downloading a PDF in a Pro template requires a license.
Do you offer refunds?
If Pro doesn’t work for you, email hello@example.com within 14 days of purchase and we will sort it out.
